How do I get a quote for my project? You can request a quote directly through our website by providing your project specifications and by using our online store access For more complex large-scale printing runs or enquiries that are not covered in our online store, please feel free to contact us via email or phone to discuss your requirements in detail.
Where is Print Squared located? We are based in Edenvale, Gauteng, and we serve clients both locally and nationally across South Africa.
Technical & Production
What file formats do you require for printing and cutting? For the best results, we prefer vector files such as .PDF, .EPS. If you are providing high-resolution images for UV or vinyl printing, please ensure they are at least 300 DPI in .TIFF or .JPG format.
Can you assist with the design if I don’t have print-ready artwork? While we prefer print-ready files to speed up production, we can assist with basic layout and technical setup. For more intensive design work, please reach out to us so we can determine the best way to bring your concept to life.
Orders & Delivery
What is the typical turnaround time? Turnaround times vary depending on the scope and volume of the project. Standard printing jobs are typically completed within 5-7 business days, while large-scale industrial cutting projects may require additional time. We will provide an estimated completion date with every quote.
Do you offer nationwide delivery? Yes, we can arrange for your completed projects to be delivered anywhere in South Africa. Shipping costs and timelines will be calculated based on the size of the order and your location.
Can I provide my own materials for laser cutting? In many cases, yes. We can work with customer-supplied tubing and materials, provided they meet the technical specifications of our machinery. Please contact us beforehand to verify material compatibility.
Payments & Policies
What are your payment terms? We generally require a deposit to commence work, with the balance due upon completion or prior to delivery. We accept EFT and major credit/debit cards.
What is your return or correction policy? Because our work is custom-made to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns once production has begun. However, if there is a technical error on our part that deviates from the approved proof or specifications, we will work with you to rectify the issue immediately.
