Welcome to Print Squared-Spectrum Squared (Pty) Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, located at printsquared.co.za, and the purchase of any products or services from us either online or directly. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General
1.1. Print Squared-Spectrum Squared (Pty) Ltd provides industrial laser cutting, UV printing, DTF printing, and vinyl printing services.
1.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
1.3. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or country of residence.
2. Quotes and Pricing
2.1. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Quotes are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue.
2.3. Print Squared-Spectrum Squared (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to adjust pricing in the event of technical errors or significant changes in project specifications.
3. Artwork and Specifications
3.1. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate artwork and technical drawings (e.g., .DXF, .AI, .PDF).
3.2. Print Squared-Spectrum Squared (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for errors in the finished product resulting from low-resolution files, incorrect measurements, or typographical errors present in the client-provided files.
4. Production and Turnaround
4.1. Production times are estimates and not guarantees. Print Squared-Spectrum Squared (Pty) Ltd is not liable for delays caused by machine maintenance, power outages, or material supply chain issues.
4.2. Work will only commence once the required deposit has been received and cleared.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Once goods leave our premises, the risk of loss or damage passes to the client.
5.2. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination, and are non-refundable.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. Custom Goods: Since our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or refunds for “change of mind” or client-side errors.
6.2. Defective Items: If a product is defective due to a manufacturing error on our part, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Print Squared-Spectrum Squared (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
7.2. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific order.
8. Content Responsibility & Intellectual Property Indemnity
8.1. Client Responsibility: The client or entity supplying artwork, logos, or instructions for design (“Content”) warrants that they own the rights to, or have obtained all necessary legal permissions to use, such Content.
8.2. Indemnity: Print Squared-Spectrum Squared (Pty) Ltd accepts no liability for the nature of the content supplied by a client. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Print Squared-Spectrum Squared (Pty) Ltd against any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from allegations of copyright infringement, trademark violations, or the production of restricted or illegal material provided by the client.
8.3. Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse to print or cut any material that we deem offensive, illegal, or in clear violation of intellectual property laws.
9. Ownership of Company Property
9.1. All content on this website and branding (including the Print Squared-Spectrum Squared (Pty) Ltd mascot) remains the property of Print Squared-Spectrum Squared (Pty) Ltd.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
